Welcome to EdenX Holiday Cottages.
We’re Scott and Kate, the owners of Ffynnongrog, a small coastal retreat in Mwnt, West Wales.
After taking over the property in late 2020, we’ve spent the last few years carefully renovating, improving and developing the site into a place where guests can slow down, relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful corners of Wales.
What began as a single property has gradually grown to include holiday cottages, touring pitches and exciting future plans for the site.
Our aim has always been simple: to create the sort of accommodation we would genuinely love to stay in ourselves. Comfortable, characterful spaces in an incredible location, with thoughtful touches that help guests make the most of their time here.
Why Mwnt?
Ffynnongrog enjoys a unique position overlooking Mwnt, with views towards the sea, Mwnt hill and the iconic whitewashed church.
The award-winning beach is just a short walk away, while the Wales Coast Path passes nearby, offering spectacular walks in both directions.
It’s a place that feels peaceful and unspoilt, yet remains close to everything you need.
More Than Just Accommodation
We want guests to experience the best of West Wales, whether that’s spotting dolphins from the cliff tops, watching the sunset over Cardigan Bay, exploring hidden coves, enjoying local restaurants, or simply sitting outside with a coffee and taking in the view.

Looking Ahead
We’re continuing to improve and develop Ffynnongrog, with plans to create additional accommodation and facilities while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere that makes the site special.
Every improvement is made with our guests in mind, helping us create somewhere people want to return to year after year.
