We are part of the Caravan and Motorhome club and have a site for 5 tourers. We are currently grass pitches with a fresh water point and an emptying point (We do not have a drive over emptying point, we have a green Elsan toilet to empty into). We have a mowed area for our pitches which enjoy brilliant sea views over Mwnt.

Prices will vary depending on the time of the year for example summer holidays, christmas, new year etc. We cannot guarantee a price you’ve been quoted or have paid on the booking system, there may be pricing mistakes or technical errors. Each booking will be manually confirmed after. If there is a problem with the price a full refund will be offered back to you or the difference can be paid.

What time can I arrive?
You can arrive anytime after 12pm.
Do you have EHU?
Currently we do not have EHU but will be adding it soon.
Do you charge extra for awnings or tents?
We never charge any extra for these. However, kindly be aware that our permission only allows for a small pup tent as an accompanying addition to your caravan or motorhome.
Do you have a toilet block?
I’m afraid we do not have any toilet or shower facilities on site.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes we welcome well behaved dogs at no additional cost but they must not be allowed to roam freely around the touring site.
Cottage Description
Welcome to The Lookout Cottage in Mwnt. A stunning coastal retreat that we have been working tirelessly on to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. This charming cottage boasts a comfortable and spacious living area that can accommodate up to four guests, with a master bedroom featuring a cozy double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds.
Our large, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay, while the lounge area is a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque Mwnt church. If you’re lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins right from the cottage, with the help of our provided binoculars.
The patio area is a true gem of The Lookout Cottage, offering a perfect setting to spend your evenings while taking in the stunning sunsets and indulging in BBQ-cooked food. And with only a 10-minute walk to the nearby Mwnt Beach, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and explore the surrounding areas.
If you’re looking to venture further out, Cardigan is just a 10-minute drive away, offering an array of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants for your convenience.
We also understand that for many travellers, their furry companions are an important part of the family. That’s why we are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at an additional cost, with a limit of up to three dogs.

What time can I check in to the cottage?
Check in time is anytime after 3pm.
Can we do 2 night breaks?
I’m afraid not, we have a minimum of 3 nights.
What do I have to bring?
You need to bring everything you would normally bring on holiday but groceries as well. We supply your typical bedding, towels, all kitchen essentials.
Is this cottage dog friendly?
Well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost, up to 3 small – medium sized dogs. Up to 2 large dogs. Please read the terms and conditions regarding dogs.
Is it disabled friendly?
I’m afraid not at this time. We are looking at renovating the cottage in the future to allow for wheelchair access.
What is there to do in the area?
There’s lots to do, we’ve made a list called Things to Do.
Do you have a Hot Tub?
Yes we do! It is situated on the patio and is fully drained and cleaned before each stay.
