About Us

Welcome to EdenX at Ffynnongrog

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We are a new holiday site and have just finished our first holiday cottage which is now available to book. We have also spent time on getting our grass caravan/motorhome pitches ready.

We recently took ownership of Ffynnongrog and are excited to be turning it into a stunning holiday resort open to all from camping and caravanning to staying in our self-contained holiday cottages. We are in the process of renovating two barn conversions which will hopefully be ready towards the end of this year.

Ffynnongrog has an unrivalled location. The panoramic views of the sea, Mwnt hill and the little white washed church. It’s easy access to the award winning Mwnt beach and a short walk away from the coastal path.

Right next door to Ffynnongrog is “The Shed”, a brilliantly converted barn that has different events throughout the year. They may be open for drinks and music when you’re here!

Mwnt

Mwnt is a fantastic little spot. Beautiful clear water, a sheltered sandy beach and full with amazing marine life! It’s a hot spot for spotting dolphins, seals and whales. A convenient little kiosk is open at the beach which sells pretty much everything you need.

You can jump on the coastal path and start heading towards Gwbert or Aberporth.

Cardigan

Cardigan is only a 10 minute drive from Ffynnongrog. It’s a thriving little town with lots of little shops and it also has your typical supermarkets like Tesco & Aldi so you can buy all your groceries.

Walk along the river or take a peak into Cardigan castle. The cardigan market is open all week. It has a few takeaways, good fish and chips and lots of amazing restaurants.

The Ferry Inn is a very nice restaurant on the river or you could visit the newly opened Yr Hen Printworks which has had some great reviews and looks incredible.

West Wales

Wales as a whole is a stunning country with incredible scenery, large cities & towns all the way to it’s sleepy little villages. West Wales is very well located so you can get to most places quite easily.

There’s many more beaches nearby to Ffynnongrog like Poppit Sands, Aberporth, Llangrannog and Tresaith. Fishguard is around 45 minutes away and is a nice little coastal town, we recommend walking up to the fort. Other locations like St Davids are further south but if you want to head north you can get to Newquay, Aberaeron and more. Inland is Newcastle Emlyn and not far away from Cenarth Falls.
